About Moira
Most treatment programs lose touch with people after discharge. Not because they don’t care, but because the follow-up is manual. It lives in a spreadsheet, on a coordinator’s personal phone, somewhere in a day that already has forty other things in it. Moira does the routine part. Check-ins go out on a schedule from the program’s own number. Replies come back into one place. When someone says they’re struggling, a person at the program gets a call.
The same replies build the record a program needs. Reply rates, milestone questions, and the standardized instruments accreditors and payers ask about get collected as part of the routine instead of as a separate project.
It’s priced so that programs with the least to spend can still do this well. The people who need a check-in most are often the ones leaving programs with the fewest resources. That shouldn’t decide whether anyone reaches out.
